What you'll do as a Session Leader
You'll be the face of Service Club Academy in the room: inspiring, guiding, and empowering the next generation of professional drivers.
Lead Training Sessions
Deliver dynamic, engaging presentations on industry best practices, safety standards, and platform-specific workflows for delivery drivers.
Support Attendees
Ensure every participant leaves with the knowledge and confidence to perform at their best. Answer questions and provide hands-on guidance.
Manage Technology
Handle basic tech setup and troubleshoot issues during sessions to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted learning experience.
Host & Manage Events
Oversee event logistics, coordinate with the Service Club team, and contribute to continuously improving the training programme.

What we're looking for
No industry qualifications needed. We care about communication skills, technical comfort, and a genuine desire to help others grow.
- Fluent English (native level or a recognised English language qualification)
- Comfortable with technology: laptops, projectors, video conferencing (training provided)
- Confident public speaker with an engaging, approachable style
- Able to explain complex topics clearly to a diverse audience
- No teaching qualifications required: passion and professionalism matter most
