These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.serviceclub.com and the pages under /us/ (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site, not a service contract. If you sign an agreement with us, for recruiting support, Academy training, or anything else, that agreement governs the service and prevails over these Terms for whatever it covers. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, and nothing here is an offer of work.

If you are outside the United States, different terms apply and these do not. Use the market switcher in the footer.

2. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Site for a company, you confirm you are authorized to act for it, and "you" then means both you and that company.

3. What we do, and what we do not do

Service Club recruits, screens and trains drivers, and introduces them to companies that are hiring. We are an intermediary and a training provider.

Read the next three sentences before relying on anything on this Site.

  • We are not your employer, and we do not decide who gets hired. The company hiring makes that decision, sets the pay and the schedule, and is responsible for its own obligations as employer or client.
  • We do not guarantee work, earnings, or a hiring outcome. Any pay figure on the Site describes what a role has advertised or what public sources report, not what you will earn.
  • Naming a company on the Site is not a claim of partnership. Where we name well-known delivery or rideshare companies, we are describing the market a driver can reach, unless we say otherwise in so many words.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • give us information that is true, accurate and current, and keep it that way;
  • submit only information you are entitled to share, and not the personal information of anyone else without their permission;
  • use the Site lawfully, and not to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone;
  • leave the Site's security alone: no scraping at a scale that burdens it, no attempting to access accounts or systems you have no right to, no malware, no circumventing rate limits or access controls;
  • not use the Site or its content to build a competing service or to train a machine-learning model.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, and we may keep records needed to establish or defend a claim.

5. Our content

The Site, its text, design, graphics, logos, software and the Service Club name and marks belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use or for evaluating our services. You may not copy, republish, sell, frame, or make derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

Third-party names and logos on the Site belong to their owners and are used to identify them.

6. Content you submit

What you send us stays yours. You give us permission to use it to provide the service you asked for, which includes sharing your profile with a company considering you for a role, and you confirm you have the right to give that permission. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Service Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost earnings, lost data, or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for access to the Site in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

This section is about the Site. It does not limit anything we agreed in a signed service contract, and it does not exclude liability the law does not let us exclude, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Links and third-party services

The Site links to sites and apps we do not control, including job platforms and our own hosted tools. We are not responsible for their content, their terms, or what they do with your information. Their own terms and privacy notices apply once you leave.

10. Governing law, and how disputes get handled

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Talk to us first. If something goes wrong, email with what happened and what you want. Most problems end there, and we will respond within 30 days. This step is a condition of bringing a claim, and neither of us waives anything by taking it.

If that does not resolve it, the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and both of us consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Nothing here stops either of us from seeking an injunction to protect intellectual property, or from bringing a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

Nothing in these Terms takes away a right you cannot waive under the law of the state where you live, or your right to file a complaint with a government agency.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and where a change materially affects your rights we will give notice in a way reasonably likely to reach you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the new version.

12. The rest

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision applies to the maximum extent it can. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor in a merger or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Site.
