Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how Service Club Acquisition and Development of Labor Talent US LLC ("Service Club", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information in the United States, in connection with the Service Club website, driver signup, Academy training, and our recruiting-support services for logistics and delivery operators.
It is written to meet the notice obligations of the US state privacy laws that apply to you, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, and the comprehensive privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, Oregon, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland and other states as they take effect. Read it together with our Cookie Policy and with any specific notice shown to you at the point of collection.
If you are outside the United States, a different notice applies to you and this one does not. Use the market switcher in the footer.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
- Entity: Service Club Acquisition and Development of Labor Talent US LLC
- Delaware State File Number: 10535291
- Date of formation: March 5, 2026
- Address: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States
- Phone: +1 888 830 2832
- Privacy contact: privacy@serviceclub.com
For personal information collected in the United States, the entity above is the business responsible for it, and it is the entity you exercise your rights against.
Where a client company (a logistics or delivery operator that hires through us) decides for itself how to use information about you, that company is responsible for its own privacy practices, its own notices and its own responses to your requests. We are not responsible for what a client does with information after it has been shared with them for a hiring decision you asked us to support.
2. Who this Notice applies to
- visitors to our website and landing pages;
- drivers who sign up, including for hourly passenger and rideshare roles and for delivery and courier work;
- people who take Service Club Academy training, whether they enrolled directly or were nominated by a company;
- people who contact us through a web form, email, phone, or WhatsApp;
- representatives of companies, suppliers, trainers and partners we do business with.
Our services are for adults working in, or looking for work in, logistics and delivery. They are not directed at children. See section 10.
3. Notice at Collection: what we collect, why, and for how long
The table below is our Notice at Collection. It lists each category of personal information we collect, using the statutory categories where they apply, together with where it comes from, what we use it for, who we disclose it to, and how long we keep it.
What the driver signup does not ask you for. The signup on this website asks for the categories in the table and nothing else. It does not ask for a Social Security number, a driver license number, a photograph or selfie, bank details, or any document. It asks whether you are authorized to work in the United States as a yes or no answer, and stores the answer, not the evidence behind it.
Other services can require more, and we tell you at that point, not here. Steps that come after a signup, such as identity or document verification, a background or driving-record check, drug and alcohol testing where a role requires it, onboarding and payroll setup, or an Academy module that uses VR, telematics or in-cab coaching, can involve categories this table does not list, including government identification numbers, license and driving-record data, financial account details, health or testing information, images, and device or vehicle data. Some of that is collected by the company hiring you or by a screening provider rather than by us.
Where we collect any of it, we give you a specific notice at or before the point of collection that names the categories, the purpose and who receives them, and we update this Notice. Read this section as a description of what this website does today, not as a promise about what the service will never do.
| Category | What it is | Where it comes from | Why we use it | Disclosed to | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | First and last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and the city and state we derive from that ZIP code. | You, when you complete the driver signup or a contact form. | To create and manage your signup, to match you with driving opportunities near you, and to contact you about them by email, phone or WhatsApp. | Our CRM provider (HubSpot). Client companies, where you have asked us to put you forward for an opportunity. | While your signup is active and for 24 months after your last interaction with us, then deleted or anonymized. |
| Professional and employment information | Which vehicle types you could drive (bike or e-bike, motorbike or scooter, car, van), whether you hold a driver license, and whether you are authorized to work in the United States. | You, at the vehicle and work-authorization steps of the signup. | To tell which opportunities you are eligible for. These answers record what you can drive, not what you own. | Our CRM provider. Client companies, for an opportunity you asked to be put forward for. | Same as identifiers: 24 months after your last interaction. |
| Commercial information | Training you have enrolled in or completed, certificates issued, and records of services you have requested. | You, and the trainers or client companies involved in delivering the training. | To deliver Academy training, issue certificates, and evidence completion to a company that sponsored it. | Trainers delivering the session. The company that sponsored the training, where one did. | While needed to evidence the certificate, and for 7 years where a company relationship or an accounting record depends on it. |
| Internet or other network activity | Pages viewed, referring page, landing page, approximate country from your IP address, device and browser type, and the cookie and consent choices you make. | Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy. | To run and secure the site, measure how it performs, and, where you have not opted out, to measure and target advertising. | Cloudflare, Google, HubSpot and Meta, as described in section 6. | For the lifetime of each cookie, stated in the Cookie Policy. Our consent record is kept for 182 days. |
| Marketing and campaign data | The campaign, source, medium, content and term parameters in the link you arrived through, the referring URL, the landing URL, and a referral code where another driver referred you. | Automatically, from the URL you arrived on, captured once at first visit. | To understand which channels bring drivers to us, and to credit a referral to the driver who made it. | Our CRM provider and our analytics providers. | With your signup record, and deleted with it. |
| Communications content | What you write to us in a form, email, or message, and our replies. | You. | To answer you, and to keep a record of what was asked and answered. | Our form delivery provider (Web3Forms) and our email and CRM providers. | 24 months, or longer where a complaint or a legal claim depends on it. |
| Inferences | Which opportunities you appear suited to, based on the answers you gave. | Derived by us from the information in this table. | To decide which opportunities to show or offer you. | Our CRM provider. Client companies, for an opportunity you asked to be put forward for. | Deleted with the signup record it derives from. |
| Business contact information | Name, work email, phone, job title and company of people acting for a client, supplier, trainer or partner. | You or your employer, through a contact or sales form, or from a business relationship. | To respond to a business enquiry, and to manage the relationship and its records. | Our CRM and form delivery providers. | During the relationship, then 7 years for accounting and limitation periods. |
Where a period above says "24 months after your last interaction", opening one of our emails, answering a message, or coming back to the site all count as an interaction and restart it.
4. Sensitive personal information
The signup on this website collects no sensitive personal information as US state privacy laws define it, and nothing we collect through it is used to infer characteristics about you.
Steps beyond the signup can involve it. Identity and document verification, background and driving-record checks, drug and alcohol testing where a role requires it, payroll setup, and Academy modules that use VR, telematics or in-cab coaching can each involve information that counts as sensitive: a Social Security number, immigration or work-authorization documents, health or testing results, precise location, and, depending on how a device is configured, biometric or attention-related data. Where a step involves any of it, you get a notice naming it before that step, and you get the right to limit its use and disclosure to what is necessary to deliver the service you asked for.
Two commitments that do not depend on what we collect later. We will not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we will not disclose it for advertising. Those two hold regardless of how the service grows.
Your answer to whether you are authorized to work in the United States is employment eligibility information. On this website we ask for the answer only, we store the answer only, and we disclose it only to a company considering you for a role. Verification of that answer, where a role requires it, happens later and under its own notice.
5. Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never have.
We do, however, use advertising cookies from Google and Meta. Under the CCPA and several other state laws, letting an advertising network read a site visitor's activity can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, and in some readings as a "sale", even where no money changes hands. We would rather tell you that plainly than rely on a narrow reading of the word.
What you can do about it:
- Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer to turn advertising and analytics cookies off. In the United States they are on by default, and that link turns them off for good on this browser.
- We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser or extension sends one, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing automatically, without you having to ask.
- Email privacy@serviceclub.com and we will apply the opt-out to your record.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
6. Who we disclose personal information to
We disclose personal information to the service providers below, each for the purpose named and under a contract that limits them to that purpose. This is the complete list for this website and the driver signup.
| Who | What for |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | Customer relationship management: your signup record, our communications with you, and the campaign data attached to it. |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, content delivery and protection against attacks and abuse. |
| Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) | Measuring how the site is used, and measuring and targeting advertising where you have not opted out. |
| Meta | Measuring and targeting advertising where you have not opted out. |
| Web3Forms | Delivering what you submit through a contact or enquiry form to our inbox. |
We also disclose personal information:
- to client companies, where you have asked us to put you forward for an opportunity, so they can consider you for it;
- to trainers, where they are delivering training you are enrolled in;
- to professional advisers, auditors and insurers, where they need it to advise us;
- where the law requires it, including to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and to establish or defend legal claims;
- in a corporate transaction, such as a merger or a sale of assets, in which case this Notice will continue to apply to information transferred until the acquirer publishes its own.
7. Your rights, and how to exercise them
Depending on the state you live in, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Know and access: ask us for the categories and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Correct: ask us to fix personal information that is inaccurate.
- Delete: ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Portability: receive a copy of the personal information you provided to us in a portable, readily usable format.
- Opt out of sale and sharing: stop us from sharing your information for cross-context behavioural advertising. See section 5.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information: available if we ever collect any. See section 4.
- Opt out of profiling: in states that provide it, opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. See section 8.
- Appeal: in states that provide it, appeal a decision we make on your request. We will answer an appeal within 45 days and, if we refuse it, tell you how to complain to your Attorney General.
- No discrimination: we will not deny you a service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.
7.1. How to make a request
Email privacy@serviceclub.com and say which right you want to exercise, or write to us at the address in section 1. For an opt-out of advertising cookies, the footer link and the GPC signal are faster and need no request at all.
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. If we need longer we will tell you why, and take no more than 45 further days. We will ask you for enough information to be sure the request is yours, and we will not use what you give us for identification for anything else.
7.2. Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will ask the agent for written permission signed by you, and we may still ask you to confirm directly that you gave it.
7.3. Limits
These rights are not unlimited. We may keep information we need to comply with the law, to complete a transaction you asked for, to detect and prevent fraud, to secure our systems, or to establish or defend a legal claim. Where we cannot do all of what you asked, we will tell you which part and why.
8. Automated processing and profiling
We use matching logic to work out which driving opportunities fit the answers you gave us, and we use automated reminders and analytics to run the service.
We do not make the hiring decision, and no automated system of ours makes it either. Whether you are hired is decided by the company hiring, by people. What our matching decides is which opportunities you are shown and which companies you are put forward to, which can affect what work reaches you, so we treat it as profiling and say so rather than calling it a filter.
A person can always review it. Email privacy@serviceclub.com and someone at Service Club will look at how you were matched and correct it. Where a state law gives you the right to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, ask and we will apply it.
AI in our training products, stated as it is. Academy uses AI-supported coaching, VR simulation and learning analytics, so personal information does reach AI systems where you take that training, and a specific notice covers each module. What we will not do: sell your personal information to AI developers, or hand it over to train someone else's general-purpose model. Where we improve our own matching and training models, we work from aggregated or de-identified data wherever it is technically possible to do so.
9. How we protect personal information
We use access controls, encryption in transit, hosting and delivery through a provider with its own security controls, and the principle that people on our team see only what their role requires. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law of your state requires. You can help by using a strong, unique password and not sharing account access.
10. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly sell or share it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email privacy@serviceclub.com and we will delete it.
11. Other websites and platforms
Our pages name well-known delivery and rideshare companies to describe the market a driver can reach through us. A company's name or logo appearing on one of our pages tells you nothing about your data: it is not the reason anything would be shared. Information reaches a company only where you asked us to put you forward to it, or where it is one of the service providers named in section 6. If you follow a link to a third-party site or install a third-party app, that company's own privacy notice governs what it does, and this Notice stops applying.
12. Changes to this Notice
We will update this Notice when our practices change, and we will change the date at the top. Where a change materially affects your rights or how we use your information, we will give notice in a way that is reasonably likely to reach you before it takes effect.
13. Contact
