Use this form to ask us to delete your Service Club ® account. It covers your whole account with us, not one part of it. You do not need the app, and you do not need to sign in.

What happens to your information

Read this before you send the form. Some of it is deleted. Some of it is separated from you. A small amount is kept, and we cannot remove it.

Deleted

Your account, sign-in, profile and contact details. Anything that identifies you to us.

Unlinked

Activity we keep to understand how our services are working, separated from you so it is no longer about you.

Kept

A small set of records we cannot remove:

  • proof that something was completed, where an organisation relies on it as evidence
  • anything we have already given to an employer or partner, which they now hold in their own right
  • records the law requires us to keep, such as payment and accounting records
  • records that stop repeat or fraudulent claims
  • records needed for a legal claim, for security, or to settle a dispute

Where we have already passed your information to an employer or a partner company, that company holds it in its own right. We cannot delete it for them. If you want it removed, contact them directly.
