The benefit your drivers actually notice.
Pay is what gets a driver to say yes. What keeps them is whether the job feels worth staying in. Perks puts a saving in their pocket on every shift, and your name on it.
- Built for logistics, not a generic benefits catalogue
- Hyper-local deals where the drivers live and work
- Perks for life: commute, health and family
Drivers leave for reasons pay does not fix.
You can match the rate and still lose them. What decides it is whether the job feels worth staying in, and nothing on a payslip says that.
What happens today
- Retention is a pay rise, and the operator down the road matches it within a month
- Nobody sees a driver leaving until the shift goes unfilled
- The benefits that exist are a list on a noticeboard nobody opens
- Everyone gets the same offer, whether they joined last week or two years ago
How we solve it
- Real money off what a driver actually spends on: fuel, tyres, insurance, phone, food
- Rewards that grow with time served, so staying is worth more than starting again elsewhere
- All of it inside the app the driver already opens for shifts and training
- Usage shows you which sites are engaged and which are drifting, before the resignations land
A benefit that shows up where they spend.
Savings on what a shift already costs
Fuel and charging, a coffee, something to eat between drops, keeping the vehicle on the road. The money a driver spends to do the job is the money a perk is most obviously worth.
And on the rest of their week
Health and wellbeing, fitness, the weekly shop, the everyday spending that has nothing to do with driving. A benefit that stops at the depot gate is a benefit they forget.
Felt weekly, not annually
Most driver benefits are a line in an onboarding pack nobody opens again. This one turns up every time they pay for something, which is why they remember who gave it to them.
You give access, we run it
You decide which of your drivers get Perks. We handle the marketplace behind it, so it is not another supplier relationship for your team to manage.
Retention is not a poster in the break room.
Sixty-five percent of new drivers leave within their first six weeks. Very few of them leave over a single big thing. They leave because nothing in particular was holding them.
- It is theirs, not the company's. A saving they use on a Saturday is worth more than a benefit that only exists at work.
- It is visible. They see it every time they pay for fuel or lunch, which is far more often than they see a payslip.
- It costs them nothing to try. No claim form, no annual enrolment, no HR portal.
Let's see what your drivers would get.
Tell us how many drivers you run and where they are. We will come back with what is live in those markets, and what it would mean for them.
- We reply within one business day.
- A 30-minute live walkthrough of what your drivers would see.
- A rollout plan and pricing built around your fleet.

Questions we get about Perks.
What is Service Club Perks?
Perks is the benefits layer of Service Club: a marketplace of everyday savings for drivers, covering both the costs of doing the job and ordinary spending outside it. Companies give it to their drivers as a retention benefit.
How do drivers get access?
Through the company they drive for. Perks is not something a driver signs up to on their own: their employer gives them access, which is also what makes it work as a retention benefit rather than just another discount app.
What kinds of offers are included?
The categories a driver actually spends on: fuel and EV charging, food and coffee, vehicle upkeep such as tyres and washing, health and pharmacy, fitness, groceries and mobile. The specific offers are built market by market, so we go through what is live where you operate before anything is promised to your drivers.
Which markets is Perks available in?
Availability is built market by market, because a saving is only worth anything where a driver can actually redeem it. Tell us where your drivers are and we will confirm what is live there today and what is coming.
How does Perks fit with the rest of Service Club?
They are separate products that share the same driver. Jobs sources and matches drivers, Academy trains and certifies them, Dispatch is the operational layer you use day to day, and Perks is what the driver sees and feels. You can start with one and add the others later.
How do we get started?
Get in touch through the form on this page. Tell us how many drivers you run and where, and our team will come back with what Perks would look like for them. We typically respond within 24 hours.
