Service Club Dispatch

The day-to-day layer. Shifts, routes and drivers, in one place.

Getting drivers is one problem. Running the day with them is another. Dispatch is where you schedule the week, see who is on the road, and talk to your drivers, without the group chats and the spreadsheet nobody trusts.

What it does

Stop reconstructing the day after it happened.

Shifts that fill themselves

Build the week, publish it, and let drivers claim what fits them. No group-chat scramble the night before, and no spreadsheet that is already out of date by the time you send it.

Live visibility on the road

See who is out, who started late and where the gaps are, while there is still time to do something about it. The day stops being something you reconstruct afterwards.

One channel with your drivers

Route changes, shift swaps and the message everyone needs to read, in the same place they already check their schedule, instead of scattered across personal phones.

Sits next to what you already run

Dispatch is built to live alongside the tools your operation depends on, not to replace them. You keep the systems that work and stop doing by hand the part that does not.

Where it fits

One driver, four products.

Dispatch is not a standalone tool bolted onto your operation. It is the operating layer of a platform your drivers are already in.

  • Jobs brings drivers into your operation and matches them to the work you actually have.
  • Academy trains and certifies them before they take a route.
  • Perks is the benefits layer they see, and the reason a good driver stays.
  • Dispatch is what you use every morning once they are driving for you.

Let's look at how you run the day.

Tell us your fleet size and where you operate. We will come back with what Dispatch would change, and what it would not.

FAQ

Questions we get about Dispatch.

What is Service Club Dispatch?

Dispatch is the day-to-day operating layer of Service Club: shifts, routes and communication with your drivers in one place. Where Jobs brings drivers into your operation and Academy trains them, Dispatch is what you use once they are driving for you.

Does Dispatch replace the systems we already use?

No. Dispatch is built to sit next to the tools your operation already runs. The goal is to remove the manual layer around them, the group chats, the spreadsheets and the phone calls, not to ask you to migrate everything you depend on.

Who is Dispatch for?

Companies that run a driver workforce day to day: last-mile delivery operators, DSPs, food delivery, ride-hailing fleets and logistics companies with their own drivers. If someone on your team spends the morning working out who is actually on the road, Dispatch is aimed at that job.

How does Dispatch relate to the rest of Service Club?

They are separate products that share the same driver. Jobs sources and matches drivers, Academy trains and certifies them, Perks is the benefits layer they see, and Dispatch is the operational layer you use. You can start with one and add the others later.
